• 5–8 years of experience in Supplier Quality Engineering in Automotive or Electronics industry.
• Certified IATF16949 Lead Auditor.
• Strong technical knowledge in PCBA, GD&T, SPC, APQP, and PPAP.
• Proven expertise in Root Cause Analysis, 8D, and Six Sigma problem-solving tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier quality audits in accordance with IATF16949 / ISO9001 standards.
• Drive CAPA and 8D problem-solving for robust root cause resolutions.
• Manage APQP and PPAP for new product and supplier qualifications.
• Resolve complex quality issues related to PCB/PCBA, GD&T, SPC, DFMEA, PFMEA.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance supplier capability and performance.
• Champion continuous improvement through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Your Mission

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related discipline)

• 5–8 years of experience in Supplier Quality Engineering (Automotive / Electronics industry)

• Certified IATF16949 Lead Auditor

• Strong technical knowledge in PCBA, GD&T, SPC, APQP, PPAP

• Proven expertise in Root Cause Analysis, 8D, and Six Sigma problem-solving tools

• Willingness to travel up to 30% for supplier development and audits
