Job summary

XIN WANG CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Foreman / Site Supervisor to coordinate site works with sub-contractors and workers, ensuring all activities meet project specifications and quality requirements.

You will review drawings, liaise with subcontractors on methods and sequencing, monitor progress and safety, manage manpower and materials, and ensure timely delivery to keep the project on schedule.

Qualifications

• Check and study drawings before disseminating information to sub-contractors and workers.
• Liaise with respective sub-contractors on work methods and sequencing.
• Coordinate and Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with contract requirements.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety provision at site working area for sub-contractors and workers to carry out tasks.
• Assist in manpower and resource scheduling and deployment, daily man-hours returns and coordinate in all aspects of site issues.
• Co-ordinate and monitor the availability and on time delivery of materials / equipment to complete the construction work within schedule.
• Supervision of Subcontractors work and ensure work done in accordance with specification and quality requirements.
• Adherence to safety practices in the work place.

• The Site Foreman / Site Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Engineering team in coordinating with sub-contractors and workers over site works, ensuring work done is in accordance with specifications and quality requirements.
