We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional who excels in implementing, configuring, and optimising SAP SuccessFactors solutions to help clients transform their HR operations. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to deliver end-to-end SuccessFactors projects, provide expert guidance, and ensure successful outcomes in line with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules (such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning Management, Compensation, and Recruitment).
- Engage with clients to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and provide strategic advice on best practices.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and change management activities to support client adoption and knowledge transfer.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare detailed documentation, project plans, and status reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and business leaders to ensure project alignment and success.
- Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors releases, enhancements, and industry trends to continually improve service delivery.
- Mentor and support junior consultants, contributing to team development and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support, with at least two full project life cycles completed.
- Certification in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and the ability to align technology solutions with business needs.
- Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and client‑facing roles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience in mentoring or leading teams is an advantage.

- Familiarity with local HR regulations and best practices relevant to the region.
