Job description

Responsibilities

• Coordina on of Structural Drawings:
• Review structural design drawings and documents submitted by the consultant for constructability, compliance with project specifica ons and poten al clashes with other disciplines. Responsible for mely scheduling and issuance of FW/CBP drawings and sub cons structural shop drawings align with project schedule and construc on ac vi es.
• Working closely with structural consultants/architectural/M&E engineers and various subcontractors to resolve structural/technical issues and ensure smooth integra on of different disciplines.
• Assis ng in the prepara on and submission of structural drawings/ documents to relevant authori es to obtain necessary approvals such as Corenet X Gateways, Building Plan (BP), Structural Plan (ST), Works Permit (WP), Temporary Occupa on Permit (TOP) and Cer ficate of Statutory Comple on (CSC). Keep track of the status of submissions and liaise with authori es to expedite the approval process.
• Provide technical support to the site team on structural-related ma ers, interpre ng design drawings and resolving site queries. Liaise with the structural consultant to address site issues and implement design changes or clarifica ons as needed.
• Familiar with Revit/Naviswork/Enscape to coordinate structural and consultant drawings, iden fy clashes and ensure consistency in construc on documents.
