Responsibilities
- Coordination of Structural Drawings.
- Review structural design drawings and documents submitted by the consultant for constructability, compliance with project specifications, and potential clashes with other disciplines. Responsible for scheduling and issuance of FW/CBP drawings and sub-cons structural shop drawings aligning with project schedule and construction activities.
- Working closely with structural consultants/architectural/M&E engineers and various subcontractors to resolve structural/technical issues and ensure smooth integration of different disciplines.
- Assisting in the preparation and submission of structural drawings/documents to relevant authorities to obtain necessary approvals such as Corenet X Gateways, Building Plan (BP), Structural Plan (ST), Works Permit (WP), Temporary Occupancy Permit (TOP) and Certificate of Statutory Completion (CSC). Keep track of the status of submissions and liaise with authorities to expedite the approval process.
- Provide technical support to the site team on structural-related matters, interpreting design drawings and resolving site queries. Liaise with the structural consultant to address site issues and implement design changes or clarifications as needed.
- Familiar with Revit/Naviswork/Enscape to coordinate structural and consultant drawings, identify clashes and ensure consistency in construction documents.
