As the Strategic Deal Manager, you will be a centralized resource across regions for the strategy and implementation of deal structures with prospects and existing customers. You play a crucial role in managing high‑value deals and partnerships, inspecting deals based on internal approval policies, and scaling good deal practices to reps in your region.

What You’ll Do
  • Deal Strategy Development: Formulate strategies for negotiating and closing deals that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, legal, and operations to ensure alignment and support for deal initiatives.
  • Pricing Enablement: Enable reps on the pricing model, deal scoping best practices, and new pricing initiatives and model changes.
  • Proposal Assistance: Assist with creating proposal slides and pricing explainers in addition to quoting.
  • Negotiation Support: Support reps in negotiation and relationship management on high‑stakes deals, interacting directly with clients and partners as needed.
  • Approval Guidance: Guide decisions on which parts of the deal will be approved and which will not across discounting and deal structure.
What You’ll Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy roles in B2B SaaS focusing on $100K+ customers and partnerships.
  • Customer‑facing experience delivering proposals and negotiating.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS pricing, revenue models, and deal mechanics.
  • Experience working cross‑functionally with Sales, Legal, and Finance stakeholders across all seniority levels.
  • Proven ability to project‑manage complex deal cycles.
  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and business judgment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Scaled deal‑desk operations in a fast‑growth environment and understand what good looks like.
  • Deal Desk experience in Cybersecurity.
  • Willing to proactively train and empower sales reps – not just support them.
  • Strong Salesforce and CPQ system knowledge (Salesforce CPQ preferred).
  • Apply pricing operations best practices to deal management by augmenting systems, data visibility, and documentation.
  • Experience in a Finance or Legal related role.
