Job summary

A leading healthcare services provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced healthcare supervisor to manage a Welfare Home. Responsibilities include overseeing the delivery of quality healthcare services and ensuring compliance with all regulations. Candidates should hold a Degree in Nursing and be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board, along with 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a supervisory, management, or leadership role.
  • Preferably with experience in aged care, social service, or therapy-integrated environments.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Superintendent in managing the Welfare Home.
  • Plan, manage, and oversee the safe and efficient delivery of quality healthcare services.
  • Ensure all healthcare services comply with relevant legislation and guidelines.
  • Provide preventive and curative medical care to residents under supervision.
  • Support continuous improvement of healthcare practices within the Home.

Responsibilities
