Job summary

A healthcare facility in Singapore is seeking a skilled nurse to join their team. The role involves assessing and monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and maintaining medical records. Candidates must hold a Diploma in Nursing with valid SNB registration. Experience in clinical settings is advantageous, along with strong communication and teamwork abilities. This position operates across three rotating shifts within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate medical records in accordance with regulations.
  • Educate patients and families regarding care and recovery.

Working hours: 3 rotating shifts, 5 days as per rostered

Department: Medical–Surgical Ward / Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Operating Theatre (OT)
