Responsibilities
  • Enhance concierge services, optimize patient experience, and promote holistic, evidence‑based care.
  • Demonstrate nursing competencies for Gynaecology patients in a specialised Women's Clinic.
  • Maintain and care for tools and supplies such as the emergency trolley, oxygen tanks, medical supplies, clinic supplies, and blankets, including providing feedback to assist on vendor evaluation.
  • Exhibit assurance and competence when preparing patients for all procedures, including core biopsy vacuum‑assisted biopsy, fine needle aspiration cytology, and post‑procedures.
  • Inject, perform blood taking, and dispense medication for patients.
  • Manage billing, Medisave submission, and financial counselling for patients.
  • Maintain quality records according to guidelines.
Preceptorship
  • Orientation and induction of new staff.
  • Monitor and assess performance of junior staff.
  • Plan roster and staff coverage.
Other ad hoc role assigned by RO.
Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse in Singapore.
  • Valid nursing licensure with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) and appropriate certifications.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in nursing.
  • At least 1 year of OB & G experience.
  • Valid BCLS and AED.
  • Able to perform phlebotomy.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
