  • Up to $7,000 per month + Monthly Allowances + Bonuses
What to expect:
  1. Use your medical skills in a setting very different from hospitals or clinics, where you'll need to think quickly and adapt to the environment.
  2. Learn and work in outdoor conditions, focusing on emergency and/or critical care.
  3. Support and care for youths in an outdoor adventure programme, dealing with a variety of health issues.
  4. Handle adolescent health matters, public health guidelines, and medical checks before programme enrolment.
  5. Get involved in teaching, training others, and helping to develop learning materials.
  6. Carry out research and analyse health-related data.
  7. Join international expeditions and collaborate with Centers around the world.
Who we are looking for:
  1. A Singapore Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board with minimum 6 years' experience in pre-hospital, emergency, and critical care.
  2. Exposure/experience in leading projects and/or non-clinical services.
  3. Comfortable to work independently and provide medical care in austere work environments (on overseas expeditions, in the field, or out at sea).
  4. Comfortable to perform activation roles during and after office hours, with occasional 24-hour shifts required (Time-off is provided).
  5. A team player who is effective, resourceful, and takes the initiative in work.
