Job summary

A community-focused not-for-profit hospital in Singapore is looking for compassionate nursing professionals to assist in the Operating Theatre. You will support surgeons and ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures. A Diploma or Degree in Nursing and valid Nursing Board license are required. Who We Need

You will work alongside the Nursing Leaders to deliver patient-centred and compassionate nursing care to our patients in the Operating Theatre

Your key responsibilities are:

  • Assist surgeon(s) during operative procedures. Ensure that appropriate documentation is done.
  • Carries out Scrub/ AU nurse responsibilities in accordance to procedure(s).
  • Coordinate with other units, escort and orientates patients to ensure a safe and seamless patient transport and transfer.
  • Post-operative recovery Care.
  • Participate in the review nursing protocols, policies and procedures for continuous improvement.
  • Other duties as assigned by the management.
How to Succeed
  • Strong team-player, self-starter with strong sense of initiative, agility and perseverance in starting and building a strong culture in performance & engagement.
  • Able to commit to 5 days work week and work on-call/ standby duties.
  • Possess either a Diploma or Degree in Nursing with a valid Singapore Nursing Board license.
  • Entry level candidates are welcome to apply.
