Who We Need

You will work alongside the Nursing Leaders to deliver patient‑centred and compassionate nursing care to our patients in the Operating Theatre.

Your key responsibilities are
  • Assist surgeon(s) during operative procedures. Ensure that appropriate documentation is done.
  • Carry out Scrub/AU nurse responsibilities in accordance to procedure(s).
  • Coordinate with other units, escort and orientate patients to ensure a safe and seamless patient transport and transfer.
  • Post‑operative recovery care.
  • Participate in the review of nursing protocols, policies and procedures for continuous improvement.
  • Other duties as assigned by the management.
How to Succeed
  • Must be willing to be deployed to other operating procedures as well.
  • Previous experience in Cardiothoracic Surgery is an added advantage.
  • Strong team‑player, self‑starter with strong sense of initiative, agility and perseverance in building a strong culture in performance & engagement.
  • Able to commit to a 5‑day work week and work on‑call/standby duties.
  • Possess either a Diploma or Degree in Nursing with a valid Singapore Nursing Board license.
