Responsibilities

• Provide consistent, high-quality nursing and personal care to residents.
• Develop, review, and update individualized care plans.
• Assess residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being regularly.
• Supervise and guide staff to ensure adherence to standards.
• Administer first aid, CPR, and emergency measures as required.
• Assist residents with hygiene and mobility needs using proper techniques.
• Ensure residents’ dietary and medical needs are met.
• Work with social workers on case assessments and admissions.
• Develop programs to meet residents’ social and emotional needs.
• Assist doctors during rounds and update on residents’ conditions.
• Transcribe and carry out doctors’ orders for treatment.
