About the Role

We are seeking for a passionate Supportive & Palliative Care Nurse to join our team that makes a difference in the life of others.

You will play a vital role at the Department of Supportive & Palliative Care in providing exceptional care to patients facing cancer and other life-limiting illnesses, focusing on symptom management, emotional support and quality of life. You will work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. You will offer emotional support and to patients and families. You will be given the opportunities for professional development and training as well as to work alongside a supportive & dedicated team.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
  • Be registered with Singapore Nursing Board
  • A post basic certificate in Palliative Care or equivalent is preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Oncology or Palliative Care in an acute hospital setting
  • Possess excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to compassionate and holistic care
  • Ability to work in a face-paced environment
  • A team player with a positive and caring attitude
