About the Opportunity

The primary objective of the Compliance team is to ensure that OKX operates in accordance with regulatory requirements while upholding the highest ethical and moral standards. The team accomplishes this by developing compliance service solutions, integrating with KYC and AML vendors, and supporting robust business growth, ultimately strengthening user trust in our platform. Our goal is to foster a culture of compliance excellence, where innovation and responsible business practices are seamlessly integrated.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create comprehensive test plans and test cases for compliance systems, ensuring full regulatory coverage
• Build and maintain automated testing frameworks for compliance systems, with focus on API and end-to-end integration testing
• Develop test automation solutions to verify the correct implementation of regulatory requirements and compliance rules
• Collaborate closely with development teams to enhance the testability of compliance systems and ensure comprehensive regression coverage
• Participate in code reviews to uphold quality standards and compliance requirements
• Design and implement compliance observability systems to ensure the stability and regulatory compliance of online business operations

What We Look For In You

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Solid experience in Software Quality Assurance or a similar role, with a strong background in automated testing
• Proficiency in Java, including knowledge of JVM configuration, multithreading, and concurrency frameworks
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools for both API and UI testing; ability to script test automation using Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to effectively collaborate with global, cross-functional teams

Nice to Haves

• 3+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory technology domains
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, KYC/AML requirements, and compliance frameworks
• Clear logical thinking with strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
