Job description

As part of the Transformation Office at CHARLES & KEITH GROUP, the incumbent will play a key role in supporting the execution of the Group’s transformation journey. This role focuses on driving change management, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and ways of working, and providing analytical and coordination support to enable the delivery of strategic initiatives. The incumbent will act as a connector across teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and engagement throughout the transformation journey.

Job Responsibilities
Change Management & Engagement
  • Support change management initiatives by developing communication materials, training support, and engagement programs to help employees understand and adopt new ways of working.
  • Act as a transformation ambassador by reinforcing key messages, addressing employee concerns, and gathering feedback to improve adoption.
  • Monitor employee engagement and readiness, proposing initiatives to enhance adoption and workplace satisfaction.
Transformation Enablement
  • Ensure smooth execution of transformation projects across functions.
  • Track progress of initiatives, maintain reporting dashboards, and ensure timely updates are shared with relevant stakeholders.
  • Support the Head of Transformation in ensuring initiatives remain aligned to strategic objectives and deliver expected outcomes.
Workflow & Process Integration
  • Document and map current vs. future processes to support workflow improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Partner with business units to identify pain points, track efficiencies, and recommend enhancements for greater operational effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the development and adoption of standardized processes, tools, and templates for transformation projects.
Data & Insights
  • Conduct deep analysis of transformation metrics, KPIs, and employee feedback to inform decision-making.
  • Provide insights on risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement in project execution and adoption.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related discipline.
  • 5–10 years of experience in change management, business transformation, consulting, or project management (experience in retail, fashion, or consumer industries preferred).
  • Strong communicator and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work across functions and levels.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to synthesize data into clear insights.
  • Prior experience interfacing with C-level executives, and strategy leads, and presenting business cases and ROI assessments to senior stakeholders
  • Proven track record of leading or support large-scale transformation programs
