We are seeking a Senior Specialist – Technology & Data Recruitment Consultant with 8–15 years of recruitment experience to drive market development and delivery across priority growth areas, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Digital Assets, Data Transformation, and Engineering. This role requires strong domain understanding, client-facing maturity, and the ability to develop long-term hiring partnerships.
Lead end-to-end recruitment mandates across AI, Digital Assets, Data Transformation, and Engineering hiring
Develop and grow client relationships within Financial Services, FinTech, and enterprise technology sectors
Advise clients on talent strategy, role design, hiring feasibility, and market conditions
Source, assess, and engage senior-level candidates across technology and data disciplines
Conduct structured interviews and competency-based assessments
Manage candidate shortlisting, interview processes, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination
Provide clients with market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and skill demand
Contribute to market development initiatives, including new client acquisition and account expansion
Maintain accurate CRM records and recruitment documentation in line with internal standards
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Technology, Engineering, Business, or related fields preferred)
8–15 years of experience in recruitment or executive search, with a strong focus on technology and/or data roles
Demonstrated experience recruiting within one or more of the following domains
Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning
Digital Assets / Blockchain / Crypto-related technology roles
Data Transformation, Data Platforms, Analytics
Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, Cloud, or Enterprise Systems
Strong understanding of technology talent markets within Financial Services or large enterprises
Proven ability to manage senior client stakeholders and complex recruitment mandates independently
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills
Results-driven, commercially minded, and detail-oriented
Established network of technology or data professionals
Experience supporting regional or global hiring programmes
Ability to identify and develop new market segments
Comfortable operating in a performance-oriented, specialist recruitment environment
Exposure to high-growth hiring themes (AI, Digital Assets, Data, Engineering)
