- Act as a subject matter expert and advisor for HRIS-related queries, providing guidance on system usage and best practices.
- Enhance HR Efficiency by streamlining processes and leveraging technology to improve service delivery.
- Support HRIS projects including system upgrades, implementations, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Collaborate with IT-AI to design and implement automation solutions, including HR-AI tools and digital assets.
- Conduct gap analysis and propose system enhancements to streamline HR processes.
- Develop and maintain documentation such as business process flows, configuration guides, and training materials.
- Coordinate and execute user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring system changes meet business needs.
- Monitor and resolve system issues, ensuring timely communication and resolution.
- Maintain system configuration and data integrity across HR platforms.
- Manage system security roles and access controls in compliance with data governance policies.
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field
Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HRIS support and implementation, with good knowledge in Workday
- Proven experience with Workday modules such as HCM, Learning and Onboarding

- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders across all levels
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
