Senior / Specialist, Controlling Japan & Southeast Asia Pacific

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Own assigned Controlling processes within Japan & Southeast Asia, including Sales and Profitability, Functional Cost, Working Capital, Investment, and Value Added.
  • Provide business partner support for Corporate Function management as well as the Japan & Southeast Asia management team and legal entities.
  • Support the month-end closing process within the Controlling scope of responsibility.
  • Prepare monthly reporting and financial analysis at the subregion level.
  • Coordinate and prepare Group planning processes, such as Budget and Forecast.
  • Support action plans for profit achievement and other finance projects where required.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Economics or Business Administration, or any comparable degree in any other related Finance field.
  • 2 to 3 years professional experience in Controlling or Management Reporting preferred
  • Experience liaising with cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix organization.
  • Proficiency in English and IT skills (Microsoft Office, SAP EP1 / S4 Hana).
  • Positive mindset, proactive attitude, and hands-on mentality.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to learn quickly.
