Responsibilities:
  • Own and lead strategic workstreams within transversal projects, from problem framing to delivery.
  • Translate business questions into clear hypotheses, analysis plans, and actionable recommendations.
  • Develop coherent storylines that connect insights to business impact and drive executive decision-making.
  • Partner with business units to measure, analyze, and improve operational efficiency, identifying root causes and opportunities for value creation.
  • Support implementation of initiatives, tracking progress and quantifying financial and operational impact.
  • Benchmark KPIs and processes across EDP business areas and against external best-in-class peers.
  • Prepare concise, high-quality deliverables and presentations for senior stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and change adoption within the organization.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Management, Engineering, Economics, or equivalent.
  • 3–6 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or business transformation.
  • Proven track record in problem structuring, analysis, and strategic storytelling.
  • Familiarity with the renewables or energy sector is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — able to structure complex issues logically.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling ability, with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Solid understanding of business drivers and KPIs; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Highly collaborative mindset; able to build relationships and influence without authority.
