Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Solutions Analyst III to bridge product, business, operations, and software development by translating complex requirements into robust technical solutions.

You will leverage data analytics and AI-enabled capabilities to inform architecture and data-driven decisions across a range of stakeholders. You will elicit data flows, validate AI outputs, and collaborate on governance processes to ensure architecture aligns with business strategy while maintaining data sensitivity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or related disciplines.
• Formal training or certification on business analytics concepts and 3+ years applied experience.
• Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support solutions analysis workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.
• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted analyses and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations.
• Demonstrated proficiency in data fluency and analytics, including experience with data extraction, modeling, interpretation, and generating insights from large, diverse data sets to support strategic decision-making
• Strong technical writing skills, with a proven track record of translating complex information into clear and concise documentation for diverse stakeholder audiences

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document comprehensive business and data flow requirements by engaging with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment and feasibility
• Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate requirements synthesis, solution optioning, and architecture documentation, validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity and security requirements
• Translate complex business requirements into well-structured technical solutions, leveraging data analytics and technical knowledge to optimize system performance and scalability and applying best practices to address evolving business needs
• Conduct data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, providing actionable insights that support decision-making and key business initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain architecture designs, policies, standards, and governance processes that align technology with business strategy
