The Senior Solution Manager role focuses on translating business needs into technical designs, leading API decisions, and collaborating with Product, Technology, Client Services and Sales to drive deployment across markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of payments experience with ability to design and architect solutions.
• Strong payments domain knowledge to design and architect solutions and develop new use cases.
• Experience as a solution architect for complex payment use cases for large client partners.
• Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into scalable technical designs for commercial and digital payments.
• Lead API and integration decisions and use AI tools to improve development.
• Develop technical requirements, functional specs, architecture diagrams and pilot criteria.
• Design APIs and interfaces using Visa platforms where appropriate.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Client Services and Sales to address risks.
• Support pre-sales activities through technical discovery and proposals.
• Conduct testing and pilots, incorporating feedback for improvements.
• Transition solutions to deployment and scale with production teams.
• Manage multiple initiatives with clear progress updates.
