Job summary

Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd. is seeking a Software Quality Engineer for a permanent role in Jurong East, Singapore. You will ensure software deliverables meet quality requirements and support QA activities across design and development.

The role requires a degree in Engineering or IT, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with software development methodologies. Experience with CMMI, Agile or ISO 9001 is a plus; working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm.

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline.
Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Understanding of software development methodologies, tools and/or processes.
Experiences with CMMI, Agile and/or ISO 9001 would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Provide software quality engineering and assurance support in design and development of software solution and ensure that the project deliverables meet the required quality requirements.
To ensure software development activities are performed in accordance with process descriptions, procedures and standards
To perform internal and software quality audits and to ensure effective actions are taken for non-compliance issues.
To support the operation and maintenance of defect tracking tool.
To participate in software quality and process improvement initiatives.
