We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer (Web) to join a mission-critical technology program supporting enterprise and government-grade environments.

Start Date: ASAP (Subject to Security Clearance Approval)

Salary: Up to SGD 9,000/month (All-Inclusive Package)

About the Role

• As a Senior Software Engineer (Web), you will partner with engineering teams and stakeholders to improve development productivity, system resiliency, and platform adoption through modern engineering practices and scalable web technologies.
• You will play a key role in assessing technical landscapes, driving engineering transformation initiatives, and delivering enterprise-grade web solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React and TypeScript
• Collaborate with software engineers and stakeholders to improve delivery efficiency and operational resilience
• Assess existing systems, workflows, and engineering processes to identify optimization opportunities
• Drive adoption of engineering best practices including:
• Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
• Develop technology transition roadmaps and implementation strategies
• Provide technical consultation and recommendations to stakeholders
• Create architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and implementation guides
• Support Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives and pilot implementations
• Collaborate across teams to share knowledge, tools, and engineering best practices
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and engineering excellence programs

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong hands-on experience with:
