Responsibilities

• Contribute as an individual contributor to TypeScript-based web applications, including frontend development, backend development, relational database design, and automated testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end).
• Lead web application development efforts when required, either as a team lead or as a senior individual contributor.
• Support the implementation of technical standards across the unit, including overseeing professional development and conducting technical assessments for new hires.
• Design and implement software solutions, with the ability to clearly explain and rationalise design decisions and the patterns used.
• Confidently discuss the pros and cons of technology choices across development, deployment, monitoring, and observability of web applications.
• Lead by example and promote good software engineering practices during meetups and forums.
