Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
At least 8 years of software development experience.
Strong experience in C#/.NET, Java, React, or Next.js.
Full-stack development experience is an advantage.
Experience supporting production applications is preferred.
Exposure to DevOps and AI-assisted development tools will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise software applications.
Analyze requirements and implement scalable solutions.
Perform code reviews and maintain high software quality standards.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver software enhancements.
Participate in Agile development activities including sprint planning and retrospectives.
Support DevOps practices and CI/CD deployment processes.
Contribute to continuous improvement and adoption of modern development practices.
