Job Summary
As an iOS Developer, you will be responsible for developing applications on the iOS platform. You will work as a part of the Infra team which is the backbone for our iOS apps. You will closely collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, develop, and deploy applications. Your typical day will involve writing clean code, debugging, and troubleshooting issues to ensure smooth app functionality and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Development: Design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure for iOS applications.
- CI/CD Pipelines: Develop and optimize continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines for iOS projects.
- Tools and Automation: Build tools and scripts to automate repetitive tasks and improve developer productivity.
- Monitoring and Diagnostics: Implement monitoring and logging systems to ensure application performance and reliability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the development, QA, and operations teams to integrate new infrastructure solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize build performance, app startup times, and runtime performance.
- Security: Ensure that all infrastructure components adhere to security best practices.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of the infrastructure and setup guidelines.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in iOS engineering or related fields.
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Swift and Objective‑C.
- Deep knowledge of Xcode, Fastlane, GitHub Actions, or other CI/CD tools.
- Solid understanding of iOS build and distribution processes.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS and/or GCP).
- Problem‑Solving: Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor junior engineers.
- Collaboration: Ability to work well in a team‑oriented environment.
