Job summary

A technology solutions provider in Singapore is looking for a candidate with deep technical skills in Genesys Engage. Job description

What You’ll Do

• Broad knowledge of the Genesys solution landscape with deep technical skills in Genesys Engage on-prem (3-5 years), including version 8.x, Workspace Desktop Edition, SIP Server, GVP, Orchestration Server, and Rules Engine
• Excellent experience integrating Genesys into large, global enterprise environments, including infrastructure projects like telephony system replacement
• Expertise in configuration and integration of the Genesys voice platform
• Proficiency in IRD Routing Strategy development for Voice and/or asynchronous channels (eServices, iWD)
• Solid understanding of Historical and Real-Time Reporting and Workforce Optimization (WFO)
• Good understanding of solution architecture and design, security principles, back-office system integrations, and networks/communications platforms
• Familiarity with UNIX/LINUX system administration and general system administration know-how (servers, databases, files)
