Software Engineer (Full Stack)

We’re looking for a passionate Software Engineer to join our team! In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain software solutions that meet user needs, while supporting system enhancements and integrations. You’ll work in an Agile environment, collaborate closely with users, and help guide the team in delivering high-quality applications.

What You’ll Do

• Support the Lead in guiding the team on scrum processes and tasks, while engaging with users and customers.
• Design and build efficient, user-focused software programs and systems.
• Develop, test, and maintain well-structured, high-quality code that meets Software Quality Assurance standards.
• Produce specifications and assess operational feasibility of solutions.
• Integrate software components into fully functional systems.
• Document and maintain software functionality.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Automate tasks using appropriate tools and scripting.
• Perform validation, verification, UAT, and external system integration testing.
• Deploy applications and gather feedback to improve performance.

Qualities We Value

• Hands-on experience with Agile development and technologies such as: ReactJS, NodeJS, MongoDB, Flutter, JavaScript/TypeScript/FeatherJS, Spring Boot, Git.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools is an added advantage.
• Strong interest in programming with a can-do attitude.
