Job summary

Astek is seeking a skilled C# Developer to support Trading and Trade Operations applications. You will work with C#, cloud-native tech, and frontend ReactJS.

You will deploy in AWS, manage EKS, and apply agentic coding tools like Claude Code or GitHub Copilot. Strong collaboration and Agile mindset required. The role demands 8+ years of development experience and a degree in CS/IT; UI/React expertise is valued.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or related field.
• 8+ years of development experience.
• Experience with Claude Code, GitHub Copilot or similar tools.
• Hands-on C#, AWS, EKS and containerized deployments.
• Strong collaboration and a proactive learning mindset.
• Knowledge of UI and React JS.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain applications supporting Trading and Trade Operations.
• Design backend components using C#.
• Build and support applications deployed within AWS environments.
• Work with Amazon EKS and containerised applications for scalable deployments.
• Develop frontend/UI components using ReactJS.
• Troubleshoot issues and support problem resolution.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams on enhancements.
• Participate in Agile development activities and releases.
• Follow best practices to ensure code quality and maintainability.
