Job summary

NTT Singapore Pte Ltd (NTTS) is seeking a seasoned full-stack software engineer to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications across the Product Learning Platform and related capabilities. You will work with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver secure, maintainable software using modern engineering practices.

The role requires 5–8 years of full-stack experience, strong skills in TypeScript, React, Node.js, Go, and RESTful APIs, plus database and cloud tooling

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 5-8 years of experience in full-stack software engineering.
• Proficiency in modern web technologies such as TypeScript, React, Node.js, Go, or equivalent frameworks.
• Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs and working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack web applications that power PMP's products and services.
• Own the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from solution design and implementation through testing, deployment, monitoring, operational support, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate product requirements into high-quality technical solutions.
• Partner with technically-minded Product Managers to evaluate product ideas against engineering constraints and long-term maintainability.
• Design and develop reusable APIs, integrations, and shared services that connect with enterprise platforms and government services.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, deployment processes, and engineering automation.
