About the Role:

Zoho is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer specializing in deep learning and large language models (LLMs) to drive the development, and scaling of advanced AI solutions. You will play a critical role in building robust, efficient, and scalable AI infrastructure that powers next-generation natural language understanding and generation capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize large-scale deep learning models, focusing on LLM architectures such as transformers.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for training, fine-tuning, and deploying LLMs at scale.
• Collaborate with research and product teams to translate cutting‑edge AI research into production‑ready systems.
• Lead code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and set best practices for software development and ML engineering.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest advancements in deep learning and NLP, integrating innovations to enhance model capabilities.
• Speak at events and present technology capabilities.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with significant focus on deep learning and NLP
• Solid software engineering skills, including experience with distributed systems
