Job description

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and deploy scalable software systems with a focus on AI and machine learning integration.
2. Lead and mentor a small team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
3. Participate in architectural decisions and ensure software quality through code reviews, testing, and best practices.
4. Create and train machine learning models or rule-based logic, analyze large datasets, and develop solutions tailored to business needs.
5. Review technical designs, code, and plans to ensure quality and compliance.
6. Contribute to project planning and technical decision-making.
7. Perform troubleshooting and provide production support at customer sites.

Qualifications

1. PhD, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. 5+ years of engineering experience in a relevant domain.

Technical Skills

1. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or equivalent).
2. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or similar.
3. Proficiency in AI/ML tools and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
4. Familiarity with databases (SQL / NoSQL) and message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
5. Experience with modern development tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
