Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a versatile Full Stack Developer to build and maintain end-to-end web applications, from React-based user interfaces to scalable backend services and APIs. Our frontend uses React, and we value engineers who can work across the stack, including backend work in Java, Node.js, Python, or AWS Lambda.

You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers, translate business requirements into clean, well-tested solutions, and address defects and performance issues

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience building web applications as a backend, frontend, or full stack developer.
• Proficiency in at least one backend language or runtime, such as Java, Node.js, Python, or AWS Lambda.
• Hands-on experience with React and a good command of HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB).
• Familiarity with Git and solid software engineering fundamentals.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

While we work extensively with Java, this role is open to strong developers whose core backend experience is in Node.js, AWS Lambda, Python, or a similar technology — we value engineering fundamentals and the ability to work across the stack over any single language.

• Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, and automated testing.
• TypeScript and React ecosystem tools (e.g., Redux, React Query); Agile/Scrum experience.
