We are a team to design, develop, maintain, and improve software for various investment and growth projects that are adjacent to our core businesses and bootstrapped fast with a lean team. You will be actively involved in the design of components behind scalable applications, from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend services and operations, propose architectural decisions, participate in design and review, and implement products that connect Crypto.com to developers and end‑users.
• Build retail trading products and expand them into new regions and markets.
• Identify issues and implement solutions for complex problems within large‑scale backend infrastructure.
• Provide reliable and reactive trading information streams to customers.
• Deliver technical operational support to resolve customer issues.
• Own projects, embrace innovation, and encourage experimentation with new technologies.
• Collaborate closely with the DevOps and Infrastructure teams to improve the technology stack for long‑term engineering initiatives.
• Maintain documentation for all implemented code and functionalities.

Requirements

• Passionate about building first‑class products that solve real‑world problems, experienced with a variety of technologies, self‑motivated, a fast learner with a "get things done" mentality.
• Open to better ideas, eager to improve, and comfortable tackling challenges.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, able to juggle conflicting requirements from multiple stakeholders.
• Understanding of financial domain knowledge or blockchain technology is a plus.
• Proficiency in Golang; experience with other programming languages is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Postgres, Redis, and Kafka is preferred.
• Experience with scalability, security, and performance optimization.
