Job Description

• Lead end to end integration of legacy banking platforms with external CRM systems particularly Wealth Dynamix CRM.
• Design and develop COBOL back end service functions enabling seamless S2i–CRM communication.
• Drive API based integration solutions on Wso2, translating business needs into scalable technical designs.
• Collaborate with product owners to refine road-maps, prioritize sprints, and align with banking delivery cycles.
• Conduct technical and functional workshops to streamline integration strategy and stakeholder alignment.
• Act as an integration specialist managing complex S2i–WDX linkages while supporting L2/L3 production and new feature builds.
• Maintain coding standards, source code governance, and high‑quality delivery across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 8+ years of professional JAVA development experience (core JAVA, J2EE, Spring Framework preferred)
• 8+ years of professional Cobol development experience
• 8+ years of professional experience with WSO2
• Experience in private banking or financial services environments is a strong plus
• Knowledge of agile software development and distributed delivery teams
