st engineering info-security pte. ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Tier 3 Senior SOC Analyst to act as Deputy SOC Manager, leading Tier 1-3 analysts and guiding incident response, threat hunting, and process optimisations for MSSP clients.

You will mentor the SOC team, plan relevant certifications, and continuously improve detection capabilities and SOC workflows while maintaining high security standards in a fast-paced 24/7 environment.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience in SOC operations, threat hunting, and incident analysis.
• Strong knowledge of SIEMs, threat intel platforms, and security tooling.
• Proven leadership with mentoring and developing security teams.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GCIH preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Tier 1 and Tier 2 analysts and act as Deputy SOC Manager.
• Conduct threat hunting, analyze incidents, and close security gaps.
• Develop and update SOC playbooks, processes, and workflows.
• Plan certifications for the team and coordinate annual trainings.
• Create and optimize detection rules and respond to incidents.
