Job summary

A construction consultancy firm in Singapore is looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee construction works and ensure quality standards. You will coordinate with contractors, manage site issues, and provide regular updates. The ideal candidate has a recognized diploma in architecture and at least 5 years of site experience, particularly with multi-storey buildings. Knowledge of local construction codes is preferred.

Qualifications

• Possess a Recognised Technician Diploma or equivalent in Architectural.
• Must be accredited RTO by BCA/IES/ACES.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant site experience.
• Experience in supervising architectural and interior design of multi-storey buildings is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect construction works.
• Monitor project progress and quality standards.
• Provide daily updates and weekly reports.
• Maintain daily records of site progress and works done.
• Provide updates and reports on contractor’s work status.
