Job Description:

• Monitor and supervise the site engineers, site supervisors & foremen to ensure that site activities comply with specified requirements and safety regulations.
• Review and prepare detailed method statements and work instructions for construction.
• Control and manage resources, including site progress, manpower mobilisation and equipment deployment.
• Carry out works on site in accordance with drawings and specifications.
• Plan the construction schedule and coordinate various subcontractors to ensure work runs smoothly.
• Conduct regular inspections and assess the work performance done by subcontractors.
• Manage and resolve technical issues.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or its equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience.
• Able to read construction/shop drawings and understand detailing.
• Ability to understand ISO 9001 clauses and audit procedures.
• Has prior experience with managing HDB Projects.
