To Assist Site Manager or Construction Manager or Director (Operations) or Senior Project Manager On Daily Site Operation Specific Responsibilities

• Execute day to day activities on site.
• Liaise with the Consultant Representative on project matters.
• Read and understand all contractual requirements are complied with agreed procedures.
• Track on variation and claims of contract and cost impact and feedback information to the Project Manager.
• Implement cost control measures to meet project budget.
• Create and maintain inspection records of works, materials and all completed works; ensure proactive measures are adopted for issues relating to quality, environmental and occupational health & safety Technical Skills and Competencies:
• Monitor and ensure the timely completion of the project.
• Communicate with Consultant Representative and Team members.
• Learn coordination techniques on project matters.
• Understand all contractual requirements.
• Learn about environmental aspects and impacts, and other environmental issues.
