Job summary

Cutech Quality Solutions Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced Architectural Supervisor to oversee on-site works, ensure compliance with design and safety standards, and coordinate with contractors.

The role involves resolving technical issues on Temporary and Permanent Works in collaboration with QP teams. The ideal candidate has a recognised architectural degree and extensive project leadership experience, including complex roof and skylight systems, façade solutions, and interior fit-outs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' architectural experience, with at least 8 years on large-scale projects.
• Architectural degree recognised by and registered with the Board of Architects.
• Proficient in PSSCOC contract administration.
• Past experience leading supervision teams.
• Knowledge of Changi Aerodrome Manual / Airside Works Procedures / AOS preferred.
• WSHMCI certificate and relevant training per Cl. 4.2.
• Familiar with statutory codes for site supervision, QC, safety, and reporting.
• Able to perform shift work.
• Aviation/Aerodrome sector experience preferred.
• Experience with complex roof & skylight systems; façade & sun-shading, interior fit-out.
• Experience inspecting local/overseas manufacturing and testing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, supervise and inspect works on site as directed by CAG/QP(S)/QP(Geo)/QP(MEP) and project consultants.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, safety and quality standards.
• Maintain proper site records and submit progress reports.
• Coordinate with main contractor(s) and follow the applicable shift/roster schedule.
• Plan roster/shift duties per contractor schedules and ensure welfare of reporting personnel.
• Work with QP(D)/QP(S) to resolve design and technical issues on Temporary and Permanent Works.
