Job summary

Micron Technology in Singapore is seeking a TD MDE Shift Lead Engineer to coordinate area priorities for process development and operations, ensuring robust shift-level execution that aligns with TD strategic objectives.

The role supervises engineers and technicians, interfaces with HVM Ops and multi-functional teams, and focuses on yield protection, safety, quality, and continuous improvement to deliver high-quality execution in a fast-paced wafer fabrication environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical/Materials Engineering with 5 years wafer fabrication experience
• Strong problem-solving, data analysis and SPC/process control knowledge
• Working knowledge of yield, defect mechanisms, process interactions and GeRM risks
• Ability to lead shift teams in fast-paced environments and deliver area/department goals
• Demonstrates Micron leadership behaviors and values

Responsibilities

• Coordinate area priorities for process development & operations for assigned areas
• Ensure robust shift-level operations that support TD work
• Lead shift team to provide process development support and data collection
• Develop plans to resolve on-shift process/tool issues and improve output
• Collaborate with PDE, EDE, and suppliers to maintain process/tool performance
• Lead continuous improvement in shift team performance
• Communicate priorities and deliverables to TD 1st shift and multi-functional teams
