A leading IT services firm in Singapore is seeking a Senior Lead Engineer to support and enhance their ServiceNow platform. The successful candidate will possess deep knowledge of ServiceNow, with at least 5 years of relevant experience, including 3 years focused on developing business processes. This role involves collaborating with business users to define technical solutions and ensures optimal ServiceNow application management. Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication are essential, along with certification in ServiceNow administration or application development.

Qualifications

  • Ability to manage execution of multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the integrity of ServiceNow applications across environments.

Skills

Deep ServiceNow application knowledge
ServiceNow design and implementation
Working knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM
Experience with ServiceNow integrations
Strong written and verbal English communication

Education

Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or related field
