Responsibilities
- Provide guidance, coaching, and leadership to the maintenance sales team, fostering a collaborative and motivated environment.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute effective sales strategies, including identifying target markets, setting sales goals, and defining sales tactics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the company’s client base and market presence in the maintenance and HVAC sectors.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closing.
- Track and analyze sales performance, pipeline progression, and KPIs; provide regular reports to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, operations, and marketing) to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to adjust sales strategies and stay competitive.
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to promote services and establish new contacts.
- Any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3-5 years of Service Sales experience in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services.
- Knowledge and experience in ACMV / HVAC systems preferred.
- Strong sales skills including prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and deal closing.
