Job description

Environment: Datacenter (SOC)
Location: Woodlands Industrial Ave 9
Work Regime: 5 days (Roster Rotating - no fixed off days)
Shift: Permanent Night Shift
Work Hours: 1900 to 0700 hrs
**This role offers an attractive salary package, including AWS.

You are required to perform your duties in strict accordance with the company's instructions and PWM guidelines. Your primary function is to provide surveillance over life and property by patrolling the premises and checking the movement of people/goods. Main duties and responsibilities are to perform rotating shift-duty to provide security involving the following key activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor data centre alarm and associated video cameras
• Maintain the logs and records as outlined in the SOP
• Verifies accuracy of entries completed by Security Team and their shifts
• Briefs the incoming shift on incidents that took place on their shift and incident that are continuing into the following shift
• Perform any processes as applicable
• Perform other duties as assigned based on tier events and writes on the assigned shift, dispatches field personnel in response, and initiates any communication or bridge calls as required
• Verifies accuracy of entries, including time stamps and signature on all documents completed by officers on their shifts
• Reviews the Paperless Patrol Checklist as well as any email digital checklist copies, reports, journals, and logs written
• Key duties and responsibilities may be vary based on assignment's requirement

Job Requirements:

• Active PRD License with min. SSO Grade
• Must be SSM (Perform Remote Surveillance Function) certified.
• Must wear PPE, including safety boots & safety vest.
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Excel, etc).
• With SOC experience in a Datacenter environment is preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
