1. Senior Security Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the security team, ensuring the safety and security of the premises, guests, and staff.
• Provide exceptional service and act as the first point of contact for security-related matters at The American Club.
• Ensure that high-quality security procedures are followed at all times, including monitoring access points and conducting thorough security checks.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced, high-end environment.
• Collaborate closely with the client to deliver seamless operations and meet the client’s expectations.
• Assist in implementing heightened security measures when required, including the use of handheld metal detectors and undercarriage mirrors.
• Manage and mentor junior security officers, providing guidance and support.

Key Requirements:

• Must possess Senior Security Officer license.
• Previous experience in high-end, luxury, or corporate environments is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Age: 50 years or younger (exceptions may apply based on individual qualifications and responsibility).
• Grooming and presentation must meet the highest standards.

Salary & Benefits:

• Competitive salary: PWM + $200 monthly allowance.
• Relief officers: Additional $10 on top of usual relief rates.
• Off-days: 6 off-days per month.
• Shift Hours:
• Dayshift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (12-hour shifts)
• Nightshift: 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM (12-hour shifts)
