Qualifications

• Must have valid PLRD Security Officer License with RTT (Minimum SSO Rank).
• Candidates with Command Center experiences preferred.
• Subject to full-background check and cleared security screening.

• Operate and monitor CCTV surveillance system and Access Control system.
• Respond to physical security system alarms and fault indicators.
• Support and respond to any security incidents on site.

Job description

What You'll Do:

1. Operate and monitor CCTV surveillance system, Access Control system, Intrusion Detection System and all other physical security related systems.

2. Respond to physical security system alarms and fault indicators in accordance with protocol & SOPs.

3. Support and respond to any security incidents/suspicious activity on site and escalation in accordance with standard protocol & SOPs.

4. Handling notification calls from staff for access into substations.

5. Assist in other duties as assigned by Team Leader and/or Reporting Officer.

What You'll Need:

1. NITEC certification or higher.

2. Must have valid PLRD Security Officer License with RTT (Minimum SSO Rank).

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Microsoft Words and Excel).

4. Well-spoken & good command of English.

5. Self-motivated and able to work under little or no supervision.

6. Must be a team-player and able to work in a team environment.

7. Able to multi-task and manage detail-oriented tasks.

8. Able to work 3 rotating shift and adapt to a spontaneous, fast-paced environment.

9. Candidates with Command Center experiences preferred.

10. Subject to full-background check and cleared security screening.
