Senior Security Officer
  • Location: Benoi Sector
  • Working Hours: 12h Shift | 8am - 8pm | 8pm – 8 am
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday [Weekend entitle to OT]
  • Salary: $2650
Key Responsibilities
1. Supervision & Leadership
  • Lead, supervise, and coordinate a team of security officers across both gates.
  • Ensure proper shift coverage, conduct briefings, and monitor performance.
  • Provide ongoing training and guidance to security personnel.
2. Security Operations & Procedures
  • Develop and implement security procedures and protocols.
  • Monitor access control systems, CCTV, alarms, and other security infrastructure from the MCR (Gate).
  • Conduct routine inspections of gates and sensitive areas to ensure protocol compliance.
3. Safety & Incident Response
  • Safeguard company premises, employees, visitors, and assets.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, incidents, or emergencies.
  • Prepare incident reports and maintain accurate security logs.
4. Stakeholder Coordination
  • Liaise with law enforcement, emergency services, and external contractors as needed.
  • Coordinate closely with company management to address security needs and improvements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience (minimum 3–5 years) in a similar supervisory security role.
  • Knowledge of security operations, systems, and emergency response protocols.
  • Familiarity with access control systems and CCTV monitoring.
  • Certification in Security Management or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in managing a Master Control Room (MCR) or central monitoring systems.
  • First Aid or CPR certification is an advantage.
