Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience including architecting, designing and/or programming.
• Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers.
• Extensive programming experience in Python.
• Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services, JSON/XML.
• Experience with Windows and Linux environments; TCP/IP and HTTP knowledge.
• Knowledge of cloud, containers, messaging and microservices.
• Experience with cybersecurity workflow automation platforms and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical mentorship, knowledge sharing, and engineering best practices to support team capability and delivery excellence.
• Build and support automation solutions that help the bank reduce risk, time and cost.
• Establish and execute Agile and SDLC processes, best practices following enterprise policies, standards and tools.
• Foster a fast-paced delivery culture to build high-quality applications and automation solutions.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders on team strategy, roadmap and ensure continuous alignment with business objectives.
• Effectively communicate plans, progress and escalations on key programs to various audiences, including executive audiences.
• Demonstrate passion and commitment on leveraging new technologies and practices in advanced automation.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and control standards.
