Job summary

Fireblocks is seeking a seasoned Security Operations professional to join our global team. You’ll serve as the primary escalation point for critical security alerts, perform DFIR investigations, and drive incident response in a 24/7 production environment.

You will lead SecOps projects, mentor teammates, and collaborate across functions to refine automated workflows, enhance triage, and strengthen security as we scale in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Incident Response or SecOps in a 24/7 production environment.
• Experience building/runbooks for common incident types.
• Strong automation and coding skills for security workflows.

Responsibilities

• Operate as the primary escalation point for critical security alerts.
• Lead SecOps projects from inception to execution.
• Mentor a team of SecOps specialists.
• Research security telemetry to improve automated response.
• Collaborate to refine agentic security workflows.
• Coordinate investigations with stakeholders.
• Perform hands-on forensic analyses and log reviews.
• Produce incident findings reports with improvements.
